Not as Good as it Should Be

We brought on the travel tool in 2018 but the tool that we good was not exactly what was promised. As stated, system was clunky, profiles had to be manually built out, back end support was lacking.

Cons:

Site is clunky and difficult to navigate. Response to system issues was not timely.

Reasons for choosing Emburse Book Professional

The cost of Concur was prohibitive. We used Certify Expense so we decided to move with Certify Travel.
