Pros:
The Ortharize team have been helpful and knowledgeable when supporting our company travel booking requirements. I found them to be dedicated and approachable, on occasion staying late to make sure our booking was complete so we didn't risk a raise in price the following day.
Cons:
Payment when not on account is straight forward but not always convenient.

For finance and admin teams it's easy for them to track everything and for a user like me it's nice that we don't have to go through the claiming expenses process.
Cons:
The website felt a bit glitchy, sometimes when clicking on a hotel option, there's an error or not found please try again later message but it was unclear what went wrong. When booking flights with connection, some good routes that could be found from Google flights were not showing up on Ortharize.

We have over 400 airlines on our platform, and if you find that specific routes or fares are not showing up, our support team can help you with bespoke or specific fare options.
