Easy to use, great customer support, most competitive price in market

Overall is good for our existing small hotel projects. The Marketing Manager Miss. [sensitive content hidden] is super responsible and supportive. She defiantly earn a credit for why we choosing Airhost for our 2nd hotel project. She even OT until 4am together with me to setup the system, manually key in all existing booking to the Airhost for my first project.

Pros:
User interface is clean, tidy and easy to operate.
Cons:
Lake of daily cashier report, which is compulsory for hotel. I already feedback to Airhost and was told they are developing it now. Hope can launch the function soon, else we will use another PMS & CM for next upcoming hotel project.

Price is Cheap, marketing manager is very supportive, especially during the initial setup stage, Miss [sensitive content hidden] help us a lot on transfer existing booking to Airhost, spend many times on training and other OTA issue.

Our first service apartment project use this system, and we feel it’s quite good. So when we get this second project, we decided switch the system.

チャンネル別のゲストでも、Airhost経由で全てのゲストにメッセージが送れます。例えば、AirbnbやBookingからのゲストもそれぞれサイトで連絡せずに、Airhost経由で全て対応出来ます。
Cons:
機能が良いのもあり、十分な活用が出来るのにマニュアルが分かりにくい。しかし、サポートセンターに連絡すれば殆どの疑問点は解決できます。

比較的簡単に導入できる。airbnbとbooking.comへの同期がしっかりできている。
Cons:
楽天トラベルへの同期が面倒。これは楽天トラベル側の話でもあるのですが、5名以上の客室のとき、面倒になります。また、2つの1棟丸貸しで一つは自主管理、もう一つは一部委託となり、airhostを複数アカウントで使っているので、費用が非常に値上がりした。1000円/アカウント から6000円/アカウントとなったので。

I think Airhost is really good and convenient. I have never used other software, so I cannot make a full comparison. But Airhost satisfies me. One thing that I like the most is that the support staff of Airhost is very enthusiastic and responsive.

一度、直接ズームで教えてくれたことがあり、それは助かったのだが、それ以降はもう知らんという感じだった
Cons:
結局、最初から最後まで訳が分からなかった。 air host oneというのと管理コンソールというのが別にあって、どっちがどっちなのかがよくわからない。 料金設定をする画面がわからない。 エアビー側は、エアホスト側で決めてくれというし、エアホスト側は、エアビー側で聞いてくれとかいう。 わかりにくさを改善もする気がないみたい。 問い合わせチャットはAI botが返事するが、これがまたとんちんかんな回答ばかりで結局、解決しない。 最後、解約したいのですがというメールを送ったら、返答もなく、いきなり解約通知が届いた。 解約後の準備ができていたからよかったものの、できていなかったらどうなっていただろう。

pmsとサイトコントローラーが一体化しているのは便利で良い。まだまだ進化の途中と感じているので、どんどん改善を加えてより使いやすく変わっていってほしい。

サイトコントローラーとPMSが一体化しているところ。さらには自社サイトへ繋げて予約受注もできるので開業時には手数が少なくて済むのが最大のメリット。設定は直感的にできる部分が多く、そこまで難しくはなかった。とはいえ、公開されているマニュアルは随分と大雑把で言葉が足りず、結局導入担当の方にお世話になることが多かった。ゲストエクスペリエンスを高めるため、oneの機能に興味があり導入したが、現在のところあまりメリットは感じられない。オプション販売等アップセルに活用できそうなので、こちらは更なる進化に期待したい。
Cons:
マニュアルが言葉足らずでわかりにくいので、もう少し細かく記載してほしい。oneのcrm機能がゲスト情報と連動しておらずとても不便。せっかく入力したゲスト情報に意味がなくCRMに活用できる要素は少ないと感じる。顧客サービスに重きを置く施設ではお客様の情報を細かくたくさん残し活用することでリピート利用に繋げる。oneの進化に期待したい。

改善項目が多いと思います。

細かい所で不満が出やすい。前の質問にも書いたが、親子関係にある部屋同士が当日清掃の星マークが出ないのは、清掃が混乱するのでつくようにしてほしい。スマホ画面は壊滅的に見にくい。オーナーや清掃業者は出先で予約を確認することも多いので、早急に改善してほしい。
