About TruGrid

TruGrid is a remote desktop protocol (RDP) solution that helps businesses access virtual desktops, assess risks, print remotely and more. It provides a Google Authenticator and time-based one-time password (TOTP) enabled two-factor authentication to improve user and account security.

TruGrid’s truscan module allows users to monitor and track user activities on the dark web across multiple domains. It enables users to configure multiple concurrent and brokered connections, helping IT administrators provide support to multiple users. It lets employees utilize the copy & paste feature to transfer files between local and remote systems. Additionally, users can maintain compliance with FBI, HIPAA and PCI recommendations/guidelines while using the RDP systems.

TruGrid comes with Android and iOS applications, enabling businesses to manage activities via mobile devices. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email, live chat, phone and other measures.

Pros:

I can setup clients pretty quickly Dashboard with all my clients in one place Pricing is just month to month Customer service is great, free setup even. No firewall changes

Cons:

No mobile apps yet. They are supposed to have them this quarter. I asked them to let me know once they are ready so I can also use them.
