overall functionality, easiness and straightforward approach.

Cons:

some applications, like mozilla thunderbird updates are not well maintained. maybe I would expect some more centralized logs about updated and not updated apps. positive thing can also be some monthly summary overview of what was done and what not

It's a great product, it keeps the auditors happy because I can demonstrate that patching is happening, it keeps the users happy because they don't need to contact the Help Desk to update software and it keeps IT happy because we are more secure.

The simplicity of use and the clear visibility of what's needed, and what is being done across the estate, and each device in particular. I particularly like the status information and control which is available to the end user, and the range of software packages covered. Asses information is rich and workable data.

Cons:

Sometimes, very rarely, it could tell me that an app needed an update but took an age to enumerate, obtain, and apply the patch.

Automation of patch management, centralised console and at a good price. Also very good at patching applications, such as Adobe and browsers.

Cons:

Configuration options can be a bit confusing but the support from Heimdal was excellent. Air-gapped support would be advantageous if we could download updates to an on-premise server.

The ease in the way we can now apply Windows updates and updates to 3rd party applications. This has reduce our workloads considerably and freed up our time to work on other projects

Cons:

The support pages could be a lot better we have not found them to be too helpful whilst experiencing issues in the past. This took up a lot of our time going back and forth with your support team.
