Has lots of options and features. Ability to customize for company's needs. I like how you can keep all e-mails and task management all in one place. Plus the price point is fantastic for a product like this.
Features are kind of buggy frequently - macros. In addition, customer support is hard to deal with. One main frustration point for me was the way e-mails are handled, kind of slow and clunky.
Budget is one thing but performance and needs based approach is much more important. But is a great option for the price

You can't beat the price and for a sole proprietor who was starting a new business, I wasn't ready to invest in a pricey platform.
Its functionality. While the platform is certainly "usable", it's not the ideal design.
Better customer support would have been a lot more helpful.

This is a total business management package. The integration and automation is forever going and very affordable for small businesses.
There is so many features that aren't being used or not quite sure how to use - could use more how-to videos to get to know this stuff better.
Try to incorporate some of these features with Salesforce and vise versa.
