ServiceTycoon is one of the best team scheduling software and contact management for contractors to get a grip of their small business. We have 10 crews, but colleagues in the field that got ServiceTycoon benefit from it as well and they have anywhere between 2-7 installers.

Pros

our sales team closing ration went up 10-15% immediately. We contribute this to transparency that creates accountability, and to simply the tools that enables all of us to work more efficiently. Same for our installations and service department. The system is pretty intuitive and their support is excellent.

Cons

no internal inventory - that would have helped us.
