Pros:

The integration with other software that I used at work is quite impressive. OrderGroove saves time a lot of time and it makes recurring billing/subscription services run smoothly.

Cons:

When there is a payment issue, more specifically when the customer's credit card information needs to be updated (excluding Credit Card expiration), there are no alerts sent to the customers prompting them to make these changes. Customers would then reach out to us upset about not receiving the services that they signed up for.

Pros:

I like that all the functions are pretty easy to use and understand. It is well organized. I never have any troubles finding what I need.

Cons:

I don't like that they automatically sign customers up. I feel it should be a choice and not something a customer has to look out for when placing their order.
