Out of the dozen other accounting software I tried, ZarMoney was the clear winner!

Love ZarMoney! Easy to use. Simple but powerful. I had no issues figuring it out.

Pros:

Ease of use! I tried at least a dozen software programs for accounting for my travel agency, and they all fell short of the ease of use mark. Not only was this program easy to use, but it was also affordable and offered a very robust accounting program. Other well-known accounting programs were really glitchy, not ZarMoney. I am so happy I found ZarMoney.

Cons:

There is a bit of a learning curve, but overall, it was super simple.

Excellent low-cost, full featured, web based accounting software. Great inventory, sales management, and reporting.

Cons:

Sometimes I encounter an issue, more often than not its a "problem in chair" thing rather that a problem in computer. Fortunately, ZarMoney offers quite a lot of support.

Great product for invoicing and payments only

Zarmoney provided great support and demo. However, after about 2 months of using the product, I discovered several shortfalls. Mainly inventory issues. While Zarmoney allows for multiple inventory locations, it falls seriously short with assembly control issues, inaccurate inventory tracking.

Pros:

Price and Invoicing seem to be their greatest benefit. The price is one of the lowest I found. Invoicing is simple and intuitive. Outside of these two areas, too many shortcomings exist.

Cons:

Poor inventory capabilities, Poor reporting, no custom reporting capabilities, inaccurate reports from inventory adjustments, and inability to create assemblies.

Best Software for the Best Price!

This has to be one of the best applications for small and medium size wholesale and distribution businesses. I would highly reccommend all companies to give Zarmoney a shot. I want to thank ChatGPT for recommending this application for me!

Pros:

Amazing customer service!!! They answer right away and were able to add custo features for me in 2 days of requesting and with no additional charges. The overall application is better than any quickbooks software as i have used all of them. Pricing is incredible and i really cant believe what you get included.

Cons:

there is nothing to like i would say the only drawdown is that they don'tintegretae directly with a shipping software or Shopify but that can be done through Zapier

Very easy to customize, an online solution that works ! Fast data processing. Great with Apple IpadOS and MacOS.

Cons:

Hígh learning curve for custom forms. Available service using Zarmoney Support to be tested in near future to match invoices.

I run both solutions , one online , one desktop. Internet reliability is low in Puerto Rico fue to Long Hurricane season.

Wish i would have made the move long ago!

Pros:

It is the easiest accounting platform i have used. We was a quickbooks user for many years and them switched to Wave which was a big letdown. Zarmoney allowed us to set up our company including inventory in a fraction of the time. And the number one about support is they speak 100% English!

Cons:

Not being able to have an additional super user incase something happens or if someone is not available to make major changes. There should be at least two super administrators.

Quick books was getting over priced and technical support was horrible Wave laced features and one time tbey held up a payment for no reason and then wanted us to provide all communication with our client to release the fundS.

Zar money is simple and easy to use yet covers everything you need. The layout is very easy. My disabled child is even able to help me with this program

I haven’t found anything yet besides I wish there was a yearly pay discount

I appreciate that it is very easy to use, and very easy to do everything necessary for our business.

Cons:

It's missing certain features. Although, the development team is very hands-on and will typically add or correct features when they are brought to their attention.

Easy to use

I like that this software treats me like a grownup and automates things. The recent price increase gave me pause, but the fact that it’s under active development offsets that.

Pros:

My primary concern was getting my bookkeeping done quickly, with as much automated as possible. Also, I don’t invoice, so I didn’t want to be forced into that box. Customer support helped me figure out how to make it work for my use case. There were a couple of things that I didn’t like, and made suggestions for the roadmap. I was amazed that one of them was implemented within 2 days!

Cons:

The mobile site layout isn’t always usable. The reports are mostly geared to invoice users (but if you are one, reporting will be awesome for you.)

Reasons for switching to ZarMoney

Customer service and reporting, mainly. Wave was planning to charge equivalent to ZarMoney, Xero, Zoho, and I didn’t see a plan to upgrade services to match.

ZarMoney is the Best for My Business

I used to absolutely hate working on my company books, mainly because of the overly complex and often buggy software I was using. But ZarMoney has turned that complicated and time-intensive chore into a fast and easy experience that I actually look forward to.

After struggling with QuickBooks for many years, ZarMoney was a breathe of fresh air. It's extremely intuitive to use and, with its cloning feature, very fast to use.

Cons:

Not a thing... After using ZarMoney for two years, I've yet to find a Con!

Many years of using QuickBooks has made me realize that accounting software doesn't have to be overly complex or buggy.
