会員制サイト構築に優れた国産おすすめヘッドレスcms

会社設立から15年が経ち、ついにはアルバイトも含めると従業員数が3,000人を超えることなりましたが、未だに現場社員レベルではラインや電話などで情報共有がされており管理部門が現場の不満や課題を検知出来ないという悩みを抱えていました。以前から各種社内ポータルサービスを検討はしていましたが大人数が利用できるサービスで月額運営費を低く抑えられるものはなかなかありませんでした。また、従業員の多くはPCやメールアドレスを付与されていない非オフィスワーカーだったためメールアドレスの登録が基本となる各社サービスの導入は社内でも敬遠されがちでした。（私用メールアドレスを共有したくない等）そんな中、ユーザ数が直接月額費用に影響しないKurocoは月額運営費を低く抑えられるだけでなく、メールアドレス不要、セキュリティも申し分なく魅力的で、ヘッドレスCMSであるためAPIを活用した今後の社内の基幹システムへの連携も柔軟に対応可能であるため、採用を決めました。

Pros:

フロントエンドがCMS（バックエンド）と分離されているので独自にユーザー画面を設計することが容易でした。一般的なSaaSではデフォルト機能が多すぎて操作がわかりづらいものが多いのでフロントエンドの画面を従業員のニーズに合わせて自由に作成できるのは社内へ浸透させるという点において非常に強力なメリットとなりました。料金の面においてもユーザ数が直接月額費用に影響しないため非常に安く費用を抑えることができて驚いています。社内基幹システムとの連携、IoT連携など、色々と想像を膨らますことが増え、社内でも活発に議論ができるようになったこともとても良かったです。

Cons:

様々な連携機能や自由度の高いフロントエンドを最適に開発するためには熟練したエンジニアが必要であると感じました。ディバータ社の開発サポート契約も含めて今後より高度なシステムの構築を検討していきたいと思います。
