Best Virtual Auction site in the Market

Awesome! Thrilling! Mind-boggling! When I first approached ZGive asking for information I was immediately talking to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I was totally amazed that someone that high up would take the time to talk to me a lowly, potential new customer. He walked me through what their program did and how it could benefit our non-profit and because we were a non-profit immediately offered me an additional discount. As soon as we signed up our ZGive Rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], contacted us and started setting up what we needed to get started. She walked us through the setup, gave us pointers on how to make our auction the best it can be and any question I asked she either had the answer or got it to me quickly. I constantly challenged her to give me additional information to make our auction better and she was helping us every step of the way.

Cons:

As this was our first time using a product of this type the only issue we had between our supporters and the software has already been fixed. The program is awesome!

ZGIVE is Top Notch!

We just used ZGIVE for an online auction and I cannot stress how incredible it was. We raised a few thousand dollars from our event. It was just absolutely amazing. Thank you ZGIVE so much for helping us make this event top notch. And I encourage anybody that is looking, to use ZGIVE for their auction. We used the text messaging feature to reach out to all the people about the auction and over 90% of the people said that they used the text message they received to get into the auction, which made it easy for them. So once again, thank you ZGIVE and I look forward to seeing and doing more things with you.

Pros:

The text to give feature is the best technical thing about this product. However, the customer service is what sells it. ZGIVE is with you from start to finish to make sure everything runs perfectly. If you have any question, whatsoever, they are there for you.

Cons:

It would be really cool if we could use this as an emailing platform, like mailchimp, as well.

"Last March we did a fundraising event with ZGIVE. We did a silent auction and we had over 100 people registered to participate in the event, so we ran the event for a week's time. We reached our goal of $35K and we're super thrilled with ZGIVE. The platform was easy to work with. It was very user-friendly, and we were very extremely successful. Thank you ZGIVE. Cons:

Buy now option would have been nice, option to bid again with in 30 sec after the end time would have been nice.

Exceptional Digital Fundraising Platform

I used this product on behalf of our small, rural non-profit museum for the first time this month and I am thoroughly impressed and plan to be a loyal customer for many years to come. The whole experience and assistance offered by ZGive staff was stellar.

Pros:

ZGive is an exceptional fundraising platform that works for a wide range of non-profits. ZGive only makes money when you make money so if you are a small organization without a robust operating budget, this is the perfect choice for you. The Customer Support is excellent and the software is user friendly and well-liked by donors.

Cons:

I like the idea of product partners that I could use to add auction items to our event but both partners available--jewelry and trips--we too high priced for the community and surrounding areas that our museum is located in. I wish ZGive had product partners that provided lower cost auction item options.

Fundraising Made Easy

I have been very pleased with ZGive and the support I have received. We signed up during the pandemic and it really took a load off of my mind knowing that I had another way to connect with donors and raise money for my non-profit.

We love that we can have different campaigns set up and know at a glance what programs interest our donors.

Cons:

Unfortunately, ZGive doesn't communicate with our current CRM (Results +). As we look to a new CRM product this will be very important.

Pros:

We recently used ZGIVE for our fundraising event for the Rotary Foundation. Our event was a hybrid event, so we wanted our members in person and at home to be able to bid on the same items, and that went great. Everyone was able to use their phone to view the auction and bid on items. We also had a unique thing at our event where we set up a wine and liquor pull which gave our guests an opportunity to choose a bottle of wine or liquor. Our client success manager helped us set up a giving campaign along with the auction so that all participants had to do was text a certain keyword to our campaign's phone number to pay for the item that they wanted in the in the wine and liquor pull. This was a great tool again for our people in person and at home. It worked out great. Our event raised over $11,000 which was a huge success for our first time! And it was great to use ZGIVE to help us get to that amount. Thank you!

Cons:

The "Buy It Now" option confused a couple people and they clicked it by accident. Would be good if we could reverse that it needed.

Billing Statement not being emailed the day it is billed for my weekly credit card reconcile. Having to call to get invoice in time, but then it is sent right away.

Pros:

There was almost no effort required. ZGive provided the platform and the auction items (Jewelry). We decided in advance what items we thought would be most attractive to those we invited. All we needed to do was promote the auction to bidders and then just sit back and enjoy.

Cons:

The pacing of the live auction items at the end was a little fast.
