Excellent InfusionSoft-integrated solution

This solution helped us get some of the dashboard features found in more expensive CRM programs like Salesforce that we desired. Additionally, Graphly provides insights into our CRM and opportunities that InfusionSoft doesn't necessarily have inherently built-in, such as aging opportunities, funnels and conversion rates, etc. Graphly's customer service and support team are also excellent to work with. They are quick to respond and help with any problems experienced. Resolutions typically take less than 15 minutes.

Our leadership team was interested in a visual dashboard program that integrated with InfusionSoft and Graphly definitely delivered! We've been using it for close to two years now and each of our sales personnel and leadership each have a user account and a dashboard personalized for them. They love being able to see at-a-glance where they are both monthly and yearly for sales, and our product team enjoys being able to see where they are at revenue-wise.

Cons:

Graphly is pretty well-rounded, and often the only limitations for Graphly have to do with limitations with InfusionSoft itself and it's API schema. To that effect, we found for instance, that InfusionSoft technically doesn't have an API field code for the closed date on an opportunity (which is very weird to me). This specifically affects Graphly because if someone goes in and modifies/saves a Closed Won opportunity a couple months later for some reason, the opportunity starts showing up in Graphly in the month in which it was most recently saved. This means we find that the numbers in Graphly don't quite add up to what they are showing in InfusionSoft for some reason. It's less than +-1% so we just remember to keep that in mind when viewing the charts and make sure to train our people not to be modifying closed opportunities.

We actually started with the free trial of Graphly and liked it so much, we went straight to the paid version. We really didn't scope out other products once we got into it because it provided everything we were needing.

Best reporting tool for Infusionsoft

We bought Infusionsoft with hopes of taking our marketing and sales to the next level. Our sales and marketing teams were certainly performing much better, but couldn't get insight into what was really happening. Infusionsoft's limited reporting took a lot of time to configure or simply didn't allow us to build what we wanted to see. We could Graphly in 2016 and it made all the difference. We could easily create visual dashboards and show how our marketing campaigns we performing, which leads or sales reps generated the most revenue, and get actual churn data for our software service. Setting Graphly up was easy. Each report template gives you a detailed video on how to setup the report and how to customize it for your business. They also have a handy UTM builder and tool to keep your Infusionsoft lead sources cleaned up.

Cons:

I'd like to see some attribution or ROI reports for my Facebook and Google ads, but I'm told that is happening sometime in 2020 or 2021.

Reasons for choosing Graphly

Other reporting tools didn't have the depth of integration with Infusionsoft that Graphly does. They all had surface level reports, but nothing as detailed as Graphly. The two cofounders of Graphly were some of the original employees at Infusionsoft, so they know the Infusionsoft API and platform really well. They have done an amazing job.

Has potential

Good at the beginning but started finding a lot of limitations to the software as new reports were requested of me. Had to go back to Infusionsoft and create charts on Excel.

Nice interface and fast load time. Being able to add photos and formatted text to the dashboard also helps a lot.

Cons:

Does not work for custom statistics. I found lots of limitations not long after purchasing the software. Most of the template widgets are useless. Support takes really long to answer

Pros:

With Graphly, I can get a birds eye view of how our marketing, sales and operations team is performing in an instant.

Cons:

I wish we had more integrations - LinkedIn comes to mind. Occasionally a little buggy. This is primarily due to an API update which is fixed promptly.

Reasons for choosing Graphly

Easier integration and set up time. Graphly doesn’t do as much as Kipfolio, however, for what I require it was much better value.

Great if you run your business through Infusionsoft

Graphly overall is pretty good. As soon as I find a better solution I will probably use it, but in the meantime graphly is great

Pros:

It is really easy to set up. Each chart is simple and gives me real time data based on the tags that I have.

Cons:

The difficulty we have with Grassley is that we don’t run our whole business through infusion soft, so the only graphs and charts I am able to create are based on adding tags. This significantly limits my ability to visualize the data

We use Graphly to track everything that goes on with our sales team. It integrates very well with infusionsoft/keap and they always have the graphs we need. Each graph has easy to use directions and instructional videos.

Cons:

We actually did not find any cons to using this software.

Pros:

We have used this software to track the web sales of the company. The most powerful feature I like most is the capacity of forecasting the revenues based on the goal probability. It also shows the products that are trending. Of course there are a ton of other possibilities you can apply this software.

I also discuss with my IT department this softwares could be user-friendly

Great tool for monitoring daily sales stats

I have been very pleased with Graphly. It is easy to use and intuitive. I had my dashboard set up in minutes!

Pros:

We use Graphly to monitor sales statistics from Infusionsoft. It is very easy to set up. I've made it my home screen on my Chrome browser, so every time I go to the internet I get up to date information on my business.

Cons:

I would like more advanced options, such as conditional rules (if...then...else).

What I love about Graphly is that it shows me my company numbers at a glance. We struggled to get the data we needed out of Infusionsoft but Graphly did it for us and now we can monitor our numbers in real-time.

Great for Building Dashboards

Our executive team needed a way to track numerous metrics of prospects' journey through our sales process. We rely on Graphly to provide a simple to understand dashboard for our team, that shows us how we are performing at every step of there sales funnel.

Pros:

Easy integration with Infusionsoft. Straightforward graphs/data presentation.

Cons:

Understanding what some of the settings mean within different widgets can be difficult to understand. But most of them are easy enough to figure out by selecting them, and then observing the data that is returned.
