Seamless B2B integration

I've had a positive experience with i2x over the last three years. What I especially like is that the implementation specialist that installed our system has stayed on our case and is still the person handling any ongoing support needs. This means that a relationship can be built, and that we don't have to explain the ins and outs of our system whenever we have a support query (which doesn't happen often). Even the administrative department that handles the billing has been very responsive and accommodating.

Pros:

i2x is one of the best automation tools that our business has implemented. It seamlessly pulls information from our Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 environment and pushes it into the OpenInvoice and Cortex online invoicing portals. The process of doing daily uploads is simple, and onboarding new clients is easy. The initial setup took some time, but there were no major issues and our implementation specialist was very knowledgeable and responsive. I would definitely recommend this product.

Pros:

As of right now, we have not began using i2x. We are still trying to integrate it with our ERP system. I can really only speak on what we have seen during the presentation. It seems like it will be very useful and convenient to enter our customers' invoices going forward. I am really looking forward to this.

Cons:

The integration is our only issue right now. It is taking longer than expected due to some error issues. We have a second meeting scheduled and I hope we can get it completed then.

I've been using I2X for about 8 years or so. Never had a major issue. If I run into some type of problem, Customer Service is super fast to respond and connect to help with my issue. The software makes invoicing for the company way faster than having to add them manually. My invoices get submitted as a batch which saves me so much time.

Nothing really. any issues that come up are mostly with the customers Not I2X.

We have used i2X on two different operating systems, the original setup was a bit timely but the support was great and very knowledgeable. Implementing this program has great, the time it saves me daily has had a huge impact on our operations and DSO.
