L’intégration de Smartbi a permis de centraliser toutes les informations pertinentes et d’y avoir accès en quelques clics . au-delà d’avoir un portrait de la situation en temps réel, cela nous sauve beaucoup de temps et permet d’être réactif en situation critique.

Pros:

La possibilité de consulter les tableaux de bord au quotidien sur mon application mobile et d’avoir en quelques minutes la vision de la performance de l’entreprise sans avoir à ouvrir, et fermer différents rapports d’analyses envoyés par courriel. N’étant pas une personne des IT, j’appréci beaucoup la simplicité d’utilisation de l’outil et de la puissance et du détail des informations que je peux aller chercher.

Cons:

Honnêtement, je n’ai pas grand-chose à redire, peut-être que parfois il pourrait y avoir une meilleure optimisation de l’application mobile car par moment les informations dans le tableau de bord sont décalées

En sélectionnant une donnée dans un graphique, une mise à jour des graphiques associés est faite en fonction de ma sélection. Ainsi, j'ai accès à des informations très précises. L'analyse des données est très ''user-friendly''. Je peux copier-coller les graphiques pour mes présentations. La plateforme est facile à utiliser.

Je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir mes données de mes campagnes Linkedin
