Super easy to setup -- and gives a great overview of what's happening across several sales channels.

Cons:

I'd love to get my reports by email directly, it would save me even more time!

Sontai; so sweet and simple

I joined Reckitt in June and immediately I loved the look and feel of the Sontai platform. I would have loved this in my old job, it would have made life a lot easier

Very intuitive ; Easy to use Great customer service Very convenient - everything in the one place Great solution for suppliers to combine multiple sources all together

Cons:

It doesnt have all the metrics and channels that Dunnhumby has, eg it would be good to have visibility of express and online channels in Sontai

Game changer - our abundance of data is now a powerful business asset

The platform is extremely user friendly and allows our internal users and data owners to manage access to dashboards in a much simpler way than if we used native power bi functionality, which is confusing for users who aren't Power BI administrators.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, the platform is awesome and the support team are exceptional.

Pros:

Sontai gives us an amazing quick glance overview of our business and key KPIs. Our previous method of looking at multiple data sources was tedious and seriously time-consuming. Sontai integrates all of our data into one, clear dashboard and gives us the insights we need immediately (we check stats daily, so much easier than logging into dozens of different systems!). The team was also really good at understanding what data we needed to see and why and then visualising that for us in the platform. Also, the pricing provides incredible value compared to the other options we looked at!

Cons:

It would be nice to have more personalisation or themes to brand it a bit more.

Pros:

Easy to use with clear and concise data provided at a touch of a button. Great for toppling data analysis but allows for deeper dives to get the granular detail when required.

Cons:

when exporting the data it would be good it could have the data allowing for more manipulation using filters so the data can be filtered better.

Easy to set up and use and didn't had to break the bank for it.The support is excellent and they are always happy to listen.There are some well thought, pre-made reports which are really good.

Cons:

I wish there were more pre-made reports to choose and from what I heard talking to them, they are only starting and there is more to come. Probably by the time you read this, they've already covered this concern.

Noisy Snacks x Sontai

Working with Sontai has step changed how we view and understand our business performance. The platform has enabled us to integrate all of our business and finance models which gives us ease of access to our data, all in one place. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team also successfully rose to the challenge to incorporate our Amazon Business platforms into the dashboard which now gives us real-time sales analytics. Their skill and knowledge in this area have proved a real asset to our business.

Pros:

The software is easy to use and a key feature is its ability to have the data from all of our finance and sales platforms in one place. The data is live and up to date which makes it easy to update sales trackers and view variances in customer performance.

Cons:

One improvement that could be made is how historical sales data is viewed e.g. month buttons on the sales performance dashboard to view previous calendar months sales
