Each equipment has a file composed of technical and financial characteristics, documentation, preventive and regulatory maintenance plan, history of interventions and standardized indicators. The follow-up of guarantees and claims are taken care of.

Supplier contract management The contracts with your suppliers are managed in detail. An automatic audit of the arrangements agreed for each equipment or building allows to control efficiently the quality. Before the expiry of the contract, you are notified by email. Contract management and Service management Customer contracts, their billing cycle and their service (article, subscription, energy consumption) are under control. The price calculation can be managed as fixed or variable amount depending on a meter, a tariff and a consumer price index. CareOffice automatically accounts the invoice for each contract on the scheduled date. In addition, each customer has a specific commercial condition for the work in progress: hourly costs and commissions on the price of consumables. When the desired service is executed on a cash basis, the data is recorded in a single or group invoice. Each invoice can be printed with an ISR and transmitted electronically to the customer. Helpdesk management -Ticketing Thanks to a configurable internet portal, the applicant sends a request. The form designer allows you to configure the interface at your convenience. The workflow module allows, if necessary, to set the validation circuit and inform the appropriate department when a new request come to.
