Functionality

Pros:

PebblePad is a good way to support more formal learning, teaching, and assessment processes. You can create records of learning, experience, and achievements.

Cons:

It feels like there is too much software out there, it's hard constantly learning new software. That isn't Pebble's fault, but maybe getting more software that integrates with what your company already has would be good
