About Dokmee ECM

Dokmee from OfficeGemini is a enterprise content management solution for businesses of all sizes. It can be installed on-premises as well as hosted on the cloud. Key features include document management, multi-user access, file and folder restrictions, audit logs and periodic backups.

Dokmee also provides a variety of functions such as document capture and storage, text-based searchability, file retrieval and sharing. It integrates with a variety of third-party business applications including SAP, SalesForce, Quickbooks and MS Office. The user restriction feature allows document owners to set file and folder level restrictions to limit document accessibility by others.

Dokmee is used across various industry verticals, including finance, legal, healthcare, insurance, education and real estate. The desktop version can be purchased for a one-time license fee while the cloud version can be purchased on a monthly or annual subscription basis. The maintenance plan includes support via phone and email.

Dokmee ECM accelerates digital transformation

It is a practical way to scan documents and export them to digital files such as PDF or images, it not only scans but you can also edit the documents, you have several templates to organize the documents according to their category. One of its best features is automatic data extraction, in each document, this makes it easy to export information to databases for future use.

It is an excellent solution for companies that want to modernize and digitize their documents, its interface is simple to use, and the time to learn how to use it is short, long training is not needed, it is useful when you need to share documents or in collaborations in the office, Dokmee ECM supports traditional formats such as PDF, Excel and Word, as well as more complex formats such as AutoCAD. With Dokmee, many things that were previously done manually, such as sharing a document can be done quickly and automatically.

Cons:

The only negative point is when working with a lot of files it presents some lags and the process is a bit slow.

Dokmee EMC is easy to use tool for any organisation to manage it's data at one place. It's feature automate most of the work. Document sharing within organisation is now an easy task for us just because of Dokmee.

Cons:

The only thing I dislike about Dokmee is it is little bit expensive in respect to other alternatives.
