About Veryon Publications

Veryon Publications (formerly Aviation Hub) is designed to help businesses across the aviation industry store and organize technical, maintenance and regulatory publications. Its content library enables professionals to view information about multiple aircraft equipment such as airframes, engines, propellers, brakes, batteries, heaters all in one place.
Veryon Publications ensures compliance with industry standards through custom reports that track regulatory document updates across multiple aircraft and components. Veryon Publications provides a variety of features including an AI-assistant, offline access, content management, data storage management and more. Additionally, employees can receive automated alerts for updates across service bulletins (SBs), airworthiness directives (ADs) and other compliance documents.
Veryon Publications comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with Veryon Tracking, enabling users to access aircraft maintenance manuals and regulatory documents in real-time. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Fast and easy access to ATP libraries

Pros:

No need to waste our time on library updates anymore, all is done automatically. Also, it's very easy to find the necessary information online or offline when it is needed, we forgot about paper manuals.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, works perfectly for us.

I would love it with one change.

I do enjoy using it. I just hate typing in all the information for a new customer and having to bill them for all that time when the info is on your server somewhere. I talked with a rep about this and the guy only said that is not how it works. I told him I know, but I think it's how it should work. If the S/N could bring up prior information this would be the best AD resource ever.

I really like how clean it is. I have had no issues building profiles, adding to and taking away from them.

Cons:

I would love to save my customers time and money by being able to put in the aircraft S/N and if it has been in this system before I could use information already installed by someone else or vice versa. It really makes sense. What if the ADLOG book would erase all of its information every time a new mechanic worked on the aircraft.

Money hungry

Pros:

This company is not professional I ask them to cancel my order at the same time I made it and they stated oh they could do that.

Cons:

I had a medical emergency with my wife I’m a small maintenance business I did order the subscription but b4 I ever made a login I asked to cancel this subscription and that absolutely stated they could not do it because they had already made the sale and emailed me the link. This is not a professional company and as far as the price of the engine subscription P&W is a 3rd of the price . By time I get through with social media and this company it will coast them more than I payed. I’m just say they have absolutely no compassion for unexpected things that come up . It’s all about the money . You all will never ever get it again. Stay tuned for my post

Pros:

Veryon has supports almost all of our fleet. Easy to navigate thru the manuals.

Cons:

Veryon does not carry Sikorsky helicopter manuals. Also, you need a separate login when compared to Veryon Maintenance software (FlightDocs). Sales is slow to answer emails about subscriptions and changes. Have to normally ask twice for info.

Reasons for choosing Veryon Publications

Veryon provided the same King Air manuals that Textron did for lower costs.

It is modern, simple to understand, and THE BEST part is the Superior Customer Support provided.

Cons:

Cost is relatively high, edging out the smaller operators and catering to the higher end operations. Not all Pubs are available, such as DeHavilland DHC-6 series, etc.

Reasons for switching to Veryon Publications

We switched because we were looking for a system that worked, and was modern. A smooth, and easy for everyone to understand where we could be self sufficient, and not have to rely on analysts to have our paper match up with what was done.

There has been times where i needed a manual on a short time basis. Would like to see them offer short term subscriptions, 1 week, 1 month.

Pros:

I like the way the individual aircraft profiles are set up. It makes it easy to find the component a customer may be needing and related Airworthiness Directives for a specific component. I also like that there is a always someone available to fix a problem we may be having with our subscription.

Cons:

I have noticed that some Service Instructions, Service Bulletins, and sometimes other referenced material in an Airworthiness Directive cannot be retrieved during the search in the AD. This has happened in mostly older AD's.

Veryon, the Future of Aircraft Manuals

My experience with Veryon has been very positive, being able to have all my manuals on a laptop is a lifesaver. I love the feature of having personal libraries, so that you don't always have to go through and find your specific aircraft. Once you have found the manual or your aircraft, being able to save it to a personal library makes what was easy even easier

Pros:

I loved having access to all sorts of manuals for all sorts of different aircraft. I also appreciated them being well organized and not hard to find. And of course probably the most obvious one, having all the manuals online instead of in a library saved so much time and space in our shop. Absolutely worth the investment. I think everyone would benefit from giving Veryon Publications a shot

Cons:

The only thing I found that was slightly difficult, and it may not even be Veryon's fault, but some of the pages in different manuals were hard to read due to inconsistent lettering and some numbers being worn off before the digital scan in

Aircraft Records Manager

It overall positive. I don't use it as my primary inspection tracking database, but I do use it for AD Reports. Its the standard in the rotor-wing industry, and I have no problems.

ADs are updated to the database quickly. The format and UI are both user friendly and well designed. Support is always top notch.

Cons:

Navigation of the user profile is difficult. I would like to be able to attach my signature.
