Best Parent-Teacher App!

Herd has been a huge improvement to our district's parent-teacher communication strategy. Before I was having to use 5 different apps to communicate with my children's teachers, but with Herd all messaging is in one secure place where it's so simple to quickly interact with teachers when needed.

Pros:

If I had to pick one feature or function I liked the most about Herd it would have to be the customer service. From my first email reaching out to the company, I have always felt like a priority to them and I have always been treated fair and quickly.

Cons:

The mobile app on my phone is really easy to understand and use so training people on how to use the app wasn't really needed. that is usually something I struggle with when using technologies in our school. So as of now I have had no Cons.

Sometimes I forget to tell my students something important that they need to known for the next in-class lecture, and I really enjoy being able to make quick and important announcements to keep me from having to tell them the next day.

Cons:

I don't experience any downsides to using Herd as of now.

The Company's customer service is amazing. They are always very nice and they reply very fast.

Cons:

I do not have any serious Cons at the time, but I would like to see a feature that allows me to change the color of my app. I did ask if that was something I could do in a meeting with the Tech Support and they told me they were working on that function right now.
