Pros:

The scheduling feature has been super helpful and a big time saver!

Cons:

It's not terrible, but there are certainly things that can be improved. We'd particularly like the electricians to be able to clock out for lunch and clock back in to the job after. This would help us be sure our team is being ethical and we'd be able to back up our time/labor with clients. Maybe this is a feature I need to learn!

Love the customer service

The customer service are super great. They take there time to understand you. The energy over our zoom calls are pleasant and enjoyable. I feel the Zentrade team helps you with any needs. Instead of voice/chat automation, they have a person to help you. As business owner, I will recommend Zentrade to others because they take their time to understand your needs and help you with whatever questions you have.

Pros:

I enjoyed the customer service, they take their time to understand you. Then patiently guild you through it to make sure you understand it. Plus you can review a video if you need to go back to what you learn.

Cons:

The back end (desktop) is easier to use. The Zentrade app can get better on navigation , but I have to understand that it is on a smaller screen. I would like to have more control on deleting mistake tickets. Maybe a special edit icon you click before you delete the mistake tickets. Once you click is special edit icon, you assume your action.

I am still learning the system but I would say the connection between the office and technicians

Cons:

It’s not as user friendly as I expected it would be. Most of that is probably I am still in the learning curve.

[sensitive content hidden] is very patient helping us navigate the transfer of the price book. She would quickly address any problems we had signing in ect. We not very computer literate and her patience was very much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing stands out at this time, we are learning new procedures.

Zentrades is a great platform

Great Platform for Electrical Business

Zen electrical is extremely responsive and seems to personalize your experience and products based on your business and your needs. The sales, the support, the responsiveness - they are all wonderful and why we are so happy we chose them as our platform for our electrical business.

Pros:

Zen has really helped our business focus on the important things and streamline the basics. From the beginning, they worked with us to get started, get trained, and with every “issue” that arises, they are there to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Things that were eating up time are able to be completed automatically or only needed one time and then the program works its magic. We utilize so many features but if I had to choose, I would say the scheduling and customer database has been the most helpful for our admin team, and the estimates and functions on the mobile app are very helpful for our technicians out in the field. They are able to complete everything they need on their phone, instead of waiting to get to their iPad after the jobs are complete.

Cons:

There were growing pains and glitches, we needed things redone, but they were always available and resolved the issues quickly.
