About InfoCision

InfoCision is a customer support software designed to help businesses manage sales pipeline, telemarketing, outbound calling, leads and call centers. The platform enables managers to pre-fill customer data and demographics, score incoming calls, train call center agents, measure quality, motivate staff, and integrate SMS self-service options.

Administrators can automatically dial numbers in the database based on rules set up in the system. Additionally, teams can record calls and assign tickets to agents based on the type of issue raised by customers.

Our experience has been great. IMC has been a faithful partner for over 10 years. They work with us, are very flexible and reliable. IMC has done things very well over the year with us but one thing they have done well is the personalised relationship vendor-client that they have built with us.

Pros:
InfoCision provides fantastic service for us - in the outbound call space. They meet key KPI's monthly and offer up solutions to the growing demands of our donors. They are proactive in communications and meet regularly to ensure they are meeting the demands of the non profit space. They have provided key understanding of contact centers to assist in areas where the talents may not be available in a professional manner as part of their services.

Very Unprofessional

I had applied at this company and went threw all the long process and they block me from applying for the job and don't even give a reason. I think it is unprofessional and immature for a business to not even give a reason and BLOCK someone for applying. What company blocks someone from applying? Not any professional company I know of would. I would hate to think how they treat there employees. I am by far more qualified for the job anyways. I just wanted people to know how this company works.

I don't have anything good to say about this company .I think this company is a bunch of unprofessional people working there. You don't even get a chance to speak to anyone .
Cons:
This company makes you go threw the long process and steps for employment. You waste half a day applying for the job and everything passes and then you check and they have me blocked and give no explanation.
