Crexi is a real estate agency solution that helps businesses streamline operations related to lead tracking, contact management, marketing campaign creation, and more from within a unified platform. It allows team members to collaborate on projects and create listings with details such as images, address, status, and asking price.

Crexi's closing portal enables supervisors to add buyers, brokers, and sellers to closing parties, create task lists, and add relevant documents. It lets staff members to share listings on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. Additionally, the built-in messaging portal allows real estate agents to track and search for all communications based on sender name, email, subject, and more.

Crexi facilitates integration with Google Maps, which lets organizations display specific property locations and street views. It also offers an iOS mobile application, allowing buyers to find properties. Another great avenue for a commercial property listings

I’ve been using Crexi for a little over three years we use it to list all of our commercial spaces when they are available as well as third-party representation spaces in land, whether it’s a sale or purchase.

Functionality

Pros:

The amount of detail that goes into each listing is a little bit more than some competitors. However, the information that is requested is most useful and beneficial to listing your commercial property and all its details.

Cons:

The cost of Crexi to get the full package to where you can contact your leads and see their information with emails and/or contact phone numbers is actually more than what it cost through Loopnet, which is their direct competitor and they’re actually larger.
