CRM tools within e-Way CRM are integrated with Outlook, allowing for further use and expansion of the system. With this solution, marketing is done efficiently because it can assist in creating strategic plans, sending bulk emails, generating leads and evaluation.

The CRM, together with Outlook, stores data about the customers and allows users to access them. The platform also offers a project management module that allows automation of the workflow. Additionally, assessment of the business performance is possible with the analytics tool available in this tool. Professionals can also use it as a web application or via mobile devices. It works offline so employees can track business opportunities and engage with customers, even from remote locations.

Pros:
What I like most now is the stability of the system and how well it supports daily workflows. The Outlook integration continues to be a major advantage, and over time the CRM has proven to be reliable, flexible, and well-suited to our sales and customer management processes.
Cons:
Currently, the main drawback I see is the more complex setup of some advanced features. For new users, getting oriented in the system can be challenging at first and may require some training.

eWay-CRM is an accessible and user-friendly system that allows us to easily keep track of our customers and related information. The software integrates well with our daily workflow, making it simple for our team to adopt and use consistently. In particular, we appreciate the clarity and structure of the Project Management module, which helps us maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects and related activities.
Cons:
One drawback is that the new version of Outlook does not seem to integrate properly with the system. At the moment, we are still using the classic Outlook interface to ensure full functionality, but this will not be a sustainable solution in the long term as support for the old version is expected to be phased out.

Reasons for switching to eWay-CRM

Additional features and improved integration with our daily workflow and Outlook would enhance usability.

Cons:
Internal communication within projects and deals in Teams is not available, so staff must switch tools and messages sometimes get lost.

eWay-CRM Online is clear and well-structured and is fully integrated with the Pohoda accounting system. The mobile app is practical and easy to use.
Cons:
The need to constantly switch between the old eWay desktop version and the new eWay Online, as not all functions work due to the installation on our server required for the accounting system integration.

The customer can customize almost everthing to his needs. The best thing is the workflow regarding our projects.
Cons:
everything has to be paid for (every small change is very expensive - considering that we are not sure, if it will work for us). That is what is holding us back.

it is integrated to outlook - that is frankly the best thing. It is also connected to Ares so it can simply search company info just from IČO.
Cons:
sometimes it feels a bit laggy but not a huge deal. I sometimes feel that it requires me to create the company by hand in order to convert the mail into contact but not bad.
