About Knowmax

Knowmax is a knowledge management solution designed to help call centers of all sizes improve communication between customers and the brand using visual guides, device simulation and other self-learning modules. The centralized platform enables users to gain insights into customers’ journeys through knowledge content and create summary reports on data performance using key metrics.

Key features of Knowmax include role-based access, predictive search, data import and task management. Administrators can utilize artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots to handle customers' queries by fetching and delivering canned responses in multiple languages from the knowledge base. Additionally, it helps users configure and troubleshoot system devices with simulation tools.

Knowmax facilitates integration with third-party applications such as Zendesk, Ameyo, Freshchat, Salesforce, Freshdesk and more. The solution can be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud. Pricing is available on annual subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, phone and other online measures.

    · Authors found it easy to build and maintain the decision trees. · Users found it to be navigation-friendly – required information was present in a single page making the decision tree easy to comprehend. · Real time analytics present · Enhancement requests were proactively taken up by Kochartech tech team. The team rolled out the same in a couple of days and we were able to use the same on the product during the trial period. The manner in which the enhancements were rolled out – lesser TAT, efficiency & quality - made us confident of their team’s capabilities.

    this is clearly a great addition to our outsource team who have already seen massive improvements in AHT and QA scores.
    Cons:
    I think there needs to be a quality team that can check for the clients language. Some key words are missing from our trees that change the meaning.
