    I Highly Recommend LeadSnap for Heatmap and Citations

    Overall I've had a great experience and will continue using them. I 100% recommend LeadSnap. The heatmap, GBP tools, and citations are well worth it. I wish I had found this software sooner!

    Great product and features for the price! The heatmap is powerful and customizable. I like how you can save keyword lists for each GBP. Their support team is super helpful, they helped me fix an issue with my account within minutes, even though it was user error on my part. The GBP integration is smooth and the citations are incredibly helpful. They have several very effective add-ons for digital marketing. I feel like I only pay for what I need and it can be on a case by case basis. (which I really like) The subscription manager is very easy to manage and cancel.
    Cons:
    There are several tools and the learning curve can be very steep. They have a lot of videos to help with this but it can feel a little overwhelming to new users.

    The CRM was way more convenient by having the GBP integrations and heatmaps built in.

    Amazing all-in-one tool for managing

    I've been using LeadSnap for like 5 year now. We're a marketing agency with around 50 clients, and many are utilizing the software as their primary CRM. Having this available for the clients makes it easy for them to manage their leads, close more deals, and prove that what we are doing is working for them in lead generation and SEO. This has helped us maintain our clients for many many years, as we can prove that we are getting results, with the actual data. So having Lead Snap as our tool box has been essential for our growth over the years. I highly recommend you check it out if you are doing any kind of Local SEO/Google My Business marketing!

    LeadSnap is great all-in-one CRM, lead management, and ranking software, that is perfectly built for local SEO and lead generation. I really like how the tools are specifically built for this purpose (our company does lead generation and local seo), and we use it for our own internal marketing, but we use it to mostly for our clients to have access to a CRM. Also the heat map for Local SEO is one of the tools that I use the most to check the health of my clients' website.
    Cons:
    I've been using the software for 5 years, so most of our complaints have been fixed through updates. At first there were times when it could be slow, but that was fixed years ago.

    A work in progress but still a contender

    Leadsnap saves us time by consolidating a lot of our processes and tools into one platform. It serves as a great back office but I also love that we can give clients limited access for lead management. All in all, it's a fantastic asset.

    The GMB heatmap is a great feature. I suppose what I really value most is the fact that almost all of the information and tools to manage a lead generation business are in one place. There's nothing more annoying than needing to log in to 50 different accounts and platforms to get a simple thing done.
    Cons:
    It can be a bit glitchy. It's still early days so there are clearly still some bits to be ironed out.

    Great CRM for internet marketing agencies

    My overall experience with LeadSnap has been good. I started using this software at a beta level and it has turned into a full on CRM for my marketing agency. I really like that improvements are constantly being made. This CRM perfectly fits my business as an internet marketing agency.

    I use LeadSnap for managing my Google Business Profiles and for my call tracking numbers, call flows, and lead automations. I like that the owner of LeadSnap is continuously adding features to LeadSnap and is constantly making improvements to keep up with the industry. The customer support is great.
    Cons:
    Many of the issues have been resolved through their updates. The thing I currently like least about LeadSnap is there is not currently a spam filter for incoming SMS messages for my tracking numbers. Hopefully this gets implemented soon.

    The customer service is awesome they are more then willing to set up a call and walk you through any questions about the software. The layout is simple, intuitive and easy to navigate.

    I like the fact that leadsnap was specifically built with lead generation in mind and has so many incredible features you that allow you to Monitor all of your GMB accounts in one spot without triggering Google suspensions. Transferring my phone numbers for call tracking was also incredibly easy. Support is great too!
    Cons:
    I wish they had an app but I think that’s something that they’re working on.
