About Maple CRM

Maple CRM is a cloud-based contact management solution designed for small and midsize businesses. It offers sales and marketing automation, customer support management, document management and analytics.

Maple CRM provides lead generation tools that allow users to capture leads from websites, SMS, emails and ZipDial. Once captured, the leads are automatically passed on to the sales team where the leads can be filtered, classified and assigned to the right salesperson.

The marketing automation functionality of the software allows users to design targeted outreach programs using email campaigns. Marketing staff can select targets for outreach by filtering prospects and send them bulk emails using default templates. The customer support module of the software allows users to manage ticket requests, knowledge base and field support.

Maple CRM is available with per user per month subscription pricing. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

        This software is very easy to use, especially for novice people who are not very familiar with CRM jargons and workflows. Second, the views, filters and data access is not a difficult task at all with Maple.

        At the time of buying CRM they committed us that they can customize the CRM according to our requirement but. After paying the amount they refuse to do it. actually they don't have that technical team to do it. Even they don't have to API integration. They ask us to pay extra amount for it. because they need to hire someone to do it. Before opting their services they committed that they will do API integration Pathetic Service
