Courier is a notification management solution, which helps businesses design notifications once and deliver them through push notifications, direct messages like Slack and Facebook Messenger, SMS, and email with the Courier API.

Courier's Notification Designer module enables team members to create notifications. Users can drag-and-drop content without writing code, perform consistent rendering across every email client, reuse content for any channel and ensure consistent branding across all notifications.

Teams can route messages to the most effective channel using a robust delivery rules engine and gain insights into notification's performance across all channels through courier data logs and metrics.

Easy Notifications

Overall an excellent experience with the product. When we found issues or needed features, they jumped on them. We have a shared Slack channel with them and they are for the most part very responsive. Happy with the product and support.

Pros:

The ability to create email templates quickly with a UI designer w/o a lot of technical knowledge and the ability to brand those emails. Good template management where you can see changes and migrate config from dev and testing environments to production.

Cons:

Didn't support sending webhooks as much as other channels. Ran into various issues. This is not where the value add is though so not a huge issue. Note, this is not webhooks from Courier to us which is used to get the status of notifications.
