*. It is an excellent platform for collection systems of small, medium and large companies, with outstanding features in credit reports, collections and payment plans. *. It has an electronic update of the demographic information of the client, which guarantees that we always know where it is located. *. Digital interface for the customer billing system, since it has automated systems which generate letters and emails to generate notices or define their status within the system, which guarantees the customer to reinforce their verbal commitments. *. Its report system is quite detailed, it makes it possible to establish payment arrangements to follow up on them, fulfilling audit parameters.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to add about the platform, except that they must improve their website, which guarantees and increases the capacity to increase their client base since it is an excellent software.
