We reviewed your account and noticed that you have not setup or used the Event Wizard Autopilot feature which was rolled out several weeks ago. This feature allows you to create a Proposal with Line Items, Room Schedulings, Payments and Contracts in seconds and directly addresses your ease of use and time comments.

We are very happy to hear that our platform is easy to use, is flexible, performs well, provides strong reporting and is very affordable. Regarding photo resolutions, we have uploaded high resolution images of your logo and venue which provide a strong improvement over your previous photos. Regarding the sending of Client Event Invite Emails Workflow, we recommend that you create a few reusable Email Templates. You can then quickly select a particular template to send an email invite to your client, which will save you valuable email creation time. Our platform will display the selected email template verbiage and allow you to do any final edits if necessary, then send the email. The email also contains a link your clients can click to review all of their event details and room scheduling, make online payments and sign contracts.

Our organization has struggled with horrendously outdated practices and procedures for using our many, large publicly-owned venues. the EBE team was familiar with our types of issues, and was incredibly responsive to all our questions, as well as providing extensive, personalized immediate consultation throughout the configuration, testing, and launch process.

Most systems too much for what we need and too expensive based on billing model - a great deal of our venues are given to the public for free, so volume or #of events-based pricing model can't work for us. several other products could not give us public-facing calendar that we didn't have to customize or pay additional plug-ins for. The EBE team worked with our specific situation every step of the way, and still is.
Reasons for switching to Event Booking Engines
Old system had no web interface, no public-facing calendar, was extremely expensive. a 2-year, very expensive upgrade process yielded an incomplete, unsupported system that staff was not willing or able to use. There was next to no client IT support, no configuration support, and charges were unreasonable.

The hardest working dollars spent!

My previous software focused on scheduling dates and invoicing. Event Booking Engines created a positive client impression and has a focus on an Event and all tasks and information associated with it. Creating a "portal" through our web page for each client with unique log-in reduces client interaction and time needs as many aspects are updated in their account.

Customer service is excellent.i[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very responsive (even evenings and weekends) and is willing to customize components of the software to suit our needs when we have a specific request. He has worked with every request we’ve have had and we greatly appreciate the flexibility. Sometimes he just explains that they already have it set up - just not where we had expected and other times they make sweeping changes to accommodate our requests. In one of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] responses to our request he said, "It makes us very happy to provide product which has high value to you."
