A great piece of software, cheap but featureful, reliable but rubbish UI

Very cheap Tonnes of features - including CNAME and GDPR compliance Helpful, proactive support where there are problems

Cons:

Three things: UI is awful, looks amateurish and low quality, not to the point though of seriously damaging usability Needs better integration with existing calendar systems (Outlook/Teams, Gmail, Zoho, etc.) Could do with better management via mobile app

Reasons for switching to imeetify

ridiculous pricing, with fewer features - though UI was better, no use if you cannot afford it as an option alongside all the other demands on your regular payments

Simplest Meeting Software

I bought imeetify several months ago and it was super easy to setup and use. At day 1 it took me 5 minutes from purchase to setup, and have had no problems since.

Pros:

Everything from the customization, setup, using it, and I have not had to touch it in months. It works like a charm and I dont get a ton of promotional emails like when I was signed up with calendly.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is the clean and modern look of calendly vs imeetify.

Reasons for switching to imeetify

Mainly just the price this was a one time price but calendly was a monthly cost I dont need.

Schedule your meetings with imeetify perfectly.

It's an amazing app and my experience with it is very satisfying. It helps me to schedule my day in most effective manner. It also helps me to attend all my meetings without getting late.

Signing up on this platform is very simple and fast. The UI of this software is very beautiful. It attracts me a lot. The real time alerts help me to complete my meetings in best effective manners. The QR Code option is lightening fast. It synced with google calendar perfectly.

Cons:

The only thing I found missing in this software is its mobile app availability. They don't have mobile application. Rest everything is fine.

Reasons for switching to imeetify

It is not completely dedicated software for calendar scheduling. I wanted a standalone software for it. So I switched.

Up the game in scheduling with imeetify. A premium tool for scheduling.

I have had quite an incredible experience with imeetify. It has made appointment booking and scheduling so easy for me and my clients. imeetify makes it easy to find the perfect time to schedule for a meeting with clients. It is easy to use and offers outstanding features that makes scheduling easy and less time demanding.

I love using imeetify because it is easy to use and makes scheduling so efficient and simple. It has automated smart reminders that keep me updated about upcoming scheduled meetings helping not to miss them. imeetify is very flexible and easy to customize to fit the specific booking and scheduling needs. It also compatible and seamlessly integrates with my calendar and online meeting products. It was so easy to setup imeetify and i like how efficient the security tools are as they help keep all confidential information safe.

Cons:

For the period of time i have used imeetify, I am yet to find anything unpleasant about it.

I am a recruiter and sometime its become tough to manage my unplanned activities. After lot of research i found the imeetify and its been been three months that I am using imeetify, and it has nicely managed my all the planned and unplanned schedule nicely.

Cons:

UI is awful and calendar didn't have a modern look.

The best party is that imeetify provides reminders to keep me on track and avoid missing important deadlines or meetings also imeetify allows seamless rescheduling without the hassle of back-and-forth communication. imeetify syncs with calendars like Google Calendar and Outlook and it also easily integrate with video conferencing platforms like google meet and Zoom or Teams.

Cons:

nothing that i remember, everything on imeetify has been smooth and i got all the features that i expected from a scheduling app.

The imeetify help me in my scheduling my day to day task in a planned way and one need not to get worry about anything, along with that the dashboard is easy to setup and learn.

Cons:

All the things were up to the mark and easy to use, except the loading speed from one page to next consume much more time than expected.

It is a growing platform with very good ideas, it is clear that they put love into its development. It contains the necessary integrations to be able to schedule meetings with clients, generate massive events and synchronize with the most popular video calling services and calendars on the market.

Cons:

Integrations in general remain limited at the moment, compared to alternatives like Calendly, which thanks to its popularity, presents an extensive number of integrations with third-party services and platforms.
