Great Experience for 463 Allowance/FAVR/CPM Reimbursement Program

Our overall experience with Cardata has been extremely good. I would recommend it to others looking for a FAVR/CPM and 463 allowance management system.

Pros:

The mobile app is particularly user friendly. Support has been outstanding. The reporting has been helpful in creating a reimbursement plan that is more accurate and "trackable."

Cons:

I would like to have more reports. It would also be very helpful if the 463 Allowance program could be included in the same system as the CPM/FAVR programs.

Reasons for choosing Cardata

Cost was a factor but more important to our decision was the training offered, responsiveness of CarData staff, and ease of use with the mobile app.

Terrible Customer Support. System issues

Customer support is awful. Our company rep is helpful, but the everyday support email is not. All of our employees who have submitted their annual odometer reading and updated their insurance are experiencing issues and are being threatened that they won't receive their next reimbursement even though it appears to be a system issue.

Easy to track mileage. I can't say anything additional about what I like, because that is about the only positive thing.

Customer support is not helpful. They send canned responses that don't even address the issue reported.

Good app and easy to use

Pretty positive. I like the fact that I do not have manually keep track of employees who travel and it is easy to use.

I like the fact that it tracks the mileage from destination to destination and that it holds the employees accountable for their own tracking and compliance.

Cons:

How long it takes for us to receive the final year-end report for our W2's. Believe that if December's payment is paid in January, it should go into the next years W2.

Pros:

The team is so knowledgable about IRS compliance. Cardata really helps customers build customizable programs that are also in line with industry standards. The tech is very helpful for making internal processes smoother.

Cons:

Nothing at this time... no software is perfect, but Cardata does what it's supposed to do. Captures mileage and provides a tax-free reimbursement (with pretty user friendly reporting).
