Markus overall is great, really easy to use and deliver out to the wider business from both back office and operative perspective. It's ability to collate all the information we and our customers require into one worksheet is great. The service we receive overall is brilliant and we have built a great relationship with the team over the past 8 and a bit years.

Markus is easily adaptable to suit individual business needs. It continues to develop and grow as the business needs and outside world needs change allowing you to keep ahead of the game.
Cons:
That the reports aren't all formatted in the same way with columns sometimes appearing in different positions.

It was dated and didn't allow operative access. Paper jobsheets had to be used providing no real time updates

Having been using Epix since the 90's I have seen the system develop into what is is today. [sensitive content hidden] must be really proud of the system and it is a credit to those involved. Would highly recommend the system for anyone doing Reactive Maintenance
