Okappy is a cloud-based workforce management solution designed to help small to large businesses create, schedule and manage on-field jobs. It enables users to receive jobs from customers and assign them to employees or subcontractors from within the platform.
Features of Okappy include invoicing, job management, reporting, GPS tracking, instant messaging, reporting, data import/export and more. Administrators can use the solution to create engaging dashboards to analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization. Additionally, it allows users to store details of all customers in a repository and quickly retrieve addresses, reports or invoicing history as per task requirements.
Okappy facilitates integrations with several third-party applications such as Xero, Clearbooks, Kashflow, Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and more. Pricing is available on monthly and annual subscriptions and support is provided via live chat, phone and email.

The people at Okappy are very informative and helpful. They address issues and questions very quickly. The software is simple to understand and east to set up.

It was more cost effective, and it was able to do everything we needed. We needed the app to be simple for our employees. They needed to be able to take photos/videos and have the site agent sign their sheet at the end of the day. They also needed to be able to record what they had done that day. We also needed to be able to print the sheet off at the end of the day for invoicing purposes.

Check out our help and support pages for information on how to do that. There's also information on getting more from the reports including combining reports and syncing them with your own spreadsheets. We also offer training which you might find useful. Okappy gives us a great overview in the jobs. The software works perfect for our filling team but we are still struggling with our install team as we can't really get an overview of the amount of hours we spent on 1 project over multiple days and team members. Although we might look for a more compleet software package that will help us with planning. We still do a lot of double jobs.

You can also download or sync to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to create more in-depth reporting.
