Send A Job is a web-based field service management solution that serves filed service businesses such as lawn care, locksmithing, and plumbing. The solution offers integrated contact management, billing, scheduling & dispatch and work order management functionalities.

The key feature of the solution includes live scheduling, which displays jobs scheduled on a list view, on a calendar, or even on a map. The two-way messaging system allows office managers to stay in constant contact with their field agents. Users can even set up custom notifications that can be sent out via text message or e-mail to on-field staff and customers.

Send A Job's client management feature allows businesses to store client profiles and history centrally at one place. Customizable forms help businesses to create engaging service request forms and invoices that can be sent to customers electronically via email.

Send A Job's statistics feature provides various graphs and content to analyze performance across different metrics. Other features include voice integration, e-payments, job tracking and field reporting.

    Interface, excellent for appliance repair industry. "Custom fields" option is great. "Product and service" is very good.

    Missing user guide. I wish to get more changes in CRM soft for our needs.

    Save time, better communication with customers. It keeps everybody on the same page.

    Pros

    Support is top notch! This software is fully featured for a great price. I love how customizable it is - the other softwares were forcing us to fit into boxes. This one allows the box to fit us. Definitely take the trial and check it out.

    User-friendly and never glitches! The developers thought of every possible scenario for working with in-house tech, freelancers, other service companies and streamlined all of it.

    What I can think of that I definitely like least about the software is that I did not find it sooner!

    Ability to stay in touch with techs while they are out on the road doing their job installing garage doors.

    Cons

    Not very accounting directed. Does not have enough reports or para-matures to print the reports for financial purposes.

    I think people were looking this kind of a software where they can add multiple jobs and send, track and bill everything in just seconds.

    Its a awesome tool but lot of people don't know about this and lot don't use them properly. so more marketing is required.

    Overall, a great option for many in the field service industry. They also have a trial period, so you really have nothing to lose.

    Pros

    Covers all the necessities for running a small field service operation such as roofing, landscaping, handyman, HVAC, etc. Very easy to use and simple interface which helps to keep you organized and well maintained. Take job requests, invoice, and plan all within the palm of your hand (cell phone or tablet).

    Cons

    Needs a little bit of polish (low-resolution logo), and could be more customizable to suit other industries that require a little more functionality.

    Have had nothing but issues with the app. Software is not user friendly. When I called for support was told my previous error feedback was not considered and if I don't like it to cancel.

    Pros

    Has some great features and was a reasonable price. But is not worth the money unless you want frustration.

    Cons

    App is worthless
    Customer service is unhelpful with very poor attitude
    Tech support is poor with poor attitude.
    Do not consider feedback important

    great software it is very flexible, like it where the customer can sign using a text message, inventory etc...

    Cons

    They don't respond quickly lie the other software that I am use to using, they have a chat bubble and i would ask a question and I wouldn't get the question answered for days or not at all. I think if they polished up on customer service it would be a awesome software!

    Very good product! Would defiantly use it again, was smoothly designed and fast functioning. Would be an easy program for any person to use with no age restrictions.
