Infinite Cab is a highly efficient in managing my taxi business. The geolocation facilities helps in tracking the passenger location and the vehicle location in a perfect manner. Due to this, I can dispatch the vehicles to the passengers very accurately, leading to their complete satisfaction.

Cons:

I have been using Infinite Cab for quite sometime and as of now, I don’t find any flaw worth mentioning.

Enriched with high-end features for a perfect taxi dispatch software and it is highly affordable with such great features. The good thing is that a very clear pricing structure is available on their website. This helps you to understand and decide before making a sale.

Cons:

Though they have a good pricing structure, they keep on updating it according to the updated features added to the software. This created confusion for me before making a sale. However, the support team helped me to understand the current pricing structure.

The dashboard is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The log tracking and GPS tracking is accurate as well. Even if the divers are unable to pick up our calls, we can know their locations and effectively allocate passengers.

Cons:

Our company is extremely happy with the product. Though we initially faced some issues, the support team was right there to help us out.

The product is extremely functional and is the best among the lot! I have been using the software for over a year and it has been functioning without a glitch. The support team is very helpful and answered all my queries without any hesitation. They were available over the phone and through e-mails 24 x 6.

Cons:

The provision for feedbacks should be mandatory and not optional so that we, owners can get a clear picture of the behaviour of the driver.
