A must have for any transport business

Absolutely five star service, and a fantastic logistics program. The program integrates everything you would want from a logistics platform, ensuring load details are easily accessible for planners and drivers. It also minimises the time taken to raise invoices, and is perfectly compatible with Xero Accounting. Since turning to MyTrucking 18 months ago they have developed several updates all of which have improved the system drastically, and the team there are always willing to listen to any needs or requirements that you have.

Pros:

My trucking is easy to use and has been easily integrated into my business. Drivers have also found the app very useful and easy to use. I would highly recommend to any current or aspiring transport company.

Cons:

N/a I can honestly say that there is not anything I dislike about mytrucking. It has enabled my business to grow since using it, and freed up many hours in my week.

Dispatching job jobs has never been easier

For years I was using a dispatch system which was just simply text messages and emails. It was hard to keep track of hard to time manage and I had no dashboard about what I was making. I found My Trucking a few years ago and I’ll be honest. I was pretty hesitant at first but the fact they had a 14 day free trial worked really well for me. I gave it a go just fantastic. My time management was back. I actually had the ability to dispatch job and within minutes I knew it had been accepted when the icon changed colour and my driver had accepted the job. My customer is also enjoy it for the fact that my drivers can upload photos before and after delivery they can see real time start and finishes. It’s just made dispatching and connect connecting with my customer as a whole lot easier.

My favourite thing about My Trucking is the fact that even though some of my guys can’t read and write that well they’re able to utilise it very easily on their own individual devices. Snapdragon also works over the top of it so it will read what needs to be said out loud.

Cons:

Personally it’s the colour scheme. I like working with dark backgrounds. This is all in white but that’s a hearsay other than that. The price is pretty good.

It's incredibly user-friendly for both our admin team and drivers, and the customer portal has been a real hit with our clients. Cons:

Honestly, there's not much to report on when it comes to "What did you like least about MyTrucking" Any time we've had a question or minor issue, the MyTrucking sales or support team has been straight onto it—always responsive and helpful, with everything typically resolved within 24 hours at the latest. Their service really is second to none.

An intuitive system that is user Friendly at all computer skill levels.

We have been using MyTrucking for nearly six months now and are getting into the groove, finding new applications that utilise the data generated. It's brilliant to know that help is just a message away!

Pros:

Easy to get the load info to our driver, and intuitive to use for all computing skill levels. It's also brilliant to capture photos on the job and send the photo links with the invoices. I really appreciate that multiple users can be on our MyTrucking at the same time - the administration user doesn't have to wait for the logistics user to finish. Also the interfacing with Xero saves so much time!!

Cons:

Tweaking the database to get started - in saying that, the team at MyTrucking went above and beyond to assist us as much as possible!!

So easy to use!

I have worked so many systems over the years that have been overly complicated and glitchy but My Trucking simplifies everything. Even the least tech savvy user would be able to use this system with minimal training.

It took time to set up but once the work was put in it has been great to work with. Knowing that we have the support of MyTrucking for any problems within 10 minutes has been great.

Pros:

We would not be able to operate our business as it has grown bigger without MyTrucking. How easy it is to use once it is set up. I no longer having to manually enter invoices into Xero which use to take me hours each month. I can now spend that time in refining MyTrucking.

Cons:

I find not being able to have multiple locations on one job a hinderance but I understand that this is being worked on. Not being able to use the back arrow in some screens annoying. Not being able to find jobs by searching the product. Not being able to group products under the client. This would be useful if someone else has to step in who is not familiar with how it has been set up.

Reasons for choosing MyTrucking

We were introduced to MyTrucking by a client. It was great to have it to trial before going ahead. We didn't consider any other products

the ease of use, the visibility for all office staff to see what is happening. Driver app makes easy giving directions for jobs.

the reliance on the internet, but its made us upgrade this to try and combat problems
