Great product and customer service

Products are well built and should last a long time. Software is extremely useful to see where trucks are and what they are doing. Customer service is excellent!

Takes a few minutes to update from time to time and use of reports is difficult to set up initially to get the info you need.

Equipment stolen after we notified Vestige trackers were not working

Over promise and under deliver should be their company slogan. From very invasive installs (drilled holes in the dash board and side view mirrors to install cameras without explaining/asking permission to damage vehicle interiors), unresponsive tech support and back end office not allowing us to take our business elsewhere.

They were a newer company when we signed up, and had joined the Georgia chapter of the Utility Contractors Association. Being active members in GUCA we chose to support them.

Cons:

Trackers not working, reached out to customer service to resolve the issue and they acted with no urgency. Ended up having a trailer (with several high dollar tools on board) stolen that we could not track. Initially they offered to cover our insurance deductible verbally. They then retracted, we were supposed to get a discount on the monthly fee, not sure if it happened. Won't let us out of the 4 year contract

Terrible customer service

The salemen were relentless in the quest for my business and promised the world. So far the customer service is terrible. The installer while being a real nice guy was allways in a hurry and there seems to be a disconnect between what vestige says will be done and what acctually gets done. The system was supposed to alert me when the pto is turned on and this feature was never installed on any of the vehicles.

During the sales pitch they show amazing video and a lot of fuctionality. However when it comes to being user friendly it is not.

Frustrated with System

Help desk, sales and installers have been great. Our issue with the reliability of the equipment has caused us to consider searching for alternative options.

Like the ability to view in realtime the cameras on the trucks.

Cons:

Unreliable. Issues with bad SD cards cost us alot of time and money due to being unable to view damage activity we are being accused of.

Trimble didn't provide video option. we deliver mainly to residential accounts. We felt need to install video so that we don't continue to get blamed for damage the garbage truck, Fed Ex and plow guy are causing.

6 out of 10 devices stopped reporting. We reach out many times no response and the one time we threaten to leave they said "we didn't get a chance to help".

Software never worked

Horrible, I sent emails for over two weeks about the software not working. Most of my emails would not be replied to. After two weeks of trying to get them to fix, I had to move on and contract another vendor.
