My 2 years of experience with Motivy

My experience with Motivy has been fantastic. It is an all in one product. Unlike other similar products, integration of and implementation of Motivy is very straightforward. Motivy is very effective when it comes to compliance monitoring and spend management.

The product is great for employees engagement and recognition. It supports giftcards and all kinds of rewards. Motivy is easy to use and deploy It does nit require expensive training. Availability of quality customer care services and affordable pricing

Cons:

The only issue that we have experienced with Motivy is raging of the software's mobile version. No other issues

Motivy - A new way to encourage success.

Motivy has allowed for me and my coworkers to acknowledge those who improve everyday, and help the company grow. It makes public to other departments in the company, what a person or group of people have managed to achieve and be rewarded for their hard work.

The fact that at the end of the day, people all around the company are able to see what other people did good and learn about the processes.

Cons:

When you try to sign in, each time you will receive a code, most of the times, the first code does not appear on time, and you will be trying again to get the code on time in order to login into the platform.

I like that it is an easy tool to use, people like receiving rewards and the points do motivy them to improve their work.

Cons:

The downside is that managers or directors dont really use the tool, so it can also cause employees to be unmotivated because they dont get recognition from their bosses.
