Great functionality - for free!

I'm so glad I found this software. It has allowed me the freedom to travel, but still be able to help people out when it's critical.

Pros:

First of all, it's free. You can't get better than free. It's easy to set up. I've been able to walk people through the process of how to set it up with just a simple email instruction so it's great they can do it on their own! I'm most happy that I can use remote desktop from a windows computer, an iPhone, an iPad and especially from my MacBook! It has been a life saver when I'm traveling and someone needs something fixed.

Cons:

It is difficult or tricky to do some functions, but I have been able to do everything I need to do.

Sometimes the remote key (especially on keyboard combinations) passthrough can be a bit wonky.

Any desktop anywhere

The software is exactly what any office personal should keep in their phones. But now computers are transforming to and developing new software to be use in your phones in a sync format. I see this software becoming obsolete soon.

The most complete browser

In practice the browser serves me very well in 98% of cases, very affordable, easy to navigate, a good performance on PC and mobile, the company has adapted well to the latest changes.

Pros:

I'm Brazilian and the browser helps me translate foreign sites, so the browser has already earned many points with me for the help that is given when translating to several languages, in the company the browser is 100% sought after for this function, because we make sales out of Brazil.

Cons:

It is an easy browser to handle, but still with basic functions, the support for IT has grown considerably, but nevertheless leaves to be desired in the issue of line management that is still considered simple-minded.

Chome remote control like you are behind the screen

The app proved invaluable for collaboration with colleagues during COVID. I use the app as a teaching app for Quickbooks. The app has worked flawlessly in the many, many years I have used it (over $10 years)

Cons:

I wish there was the ability to print at the location. I often access my home computer at work and want to print what I have accessed and there is not that function. I have to save as a pdf and email the document to myself.

Simple, effective and free!

Chrome is best for those wanting something simple and at no cost which made this ideal for me. It might not be ideal if you need to do larger tasks that might be more complex but this was a win for me.

Chrome is super easy to use and set-up. It's very good for simple tasks and can be used on a number of different platforms with no issue whatsoever and it's free to use!

Cons:

The cons can only be considered if you are looking for something very different such as something to complete more complex tasks as it's features are a little limited but that is it's purpose.
