About Elqano

Elqano is a cloud-based knowledge management integration platform that allows businesses to collect, categorize, store and share business knowledge with employees and individuals outside an organization. It is suitable for industries including law, finance, consumer goods and more.

Users can connect information from a variety of sources and review information in order to build a searchable information index. Employees can use tags and customizable filters to search for documents and relevant data with a natural language processing algorithm. A more granular filtering tool allows users to search based on document type, format, location, date of creation, service or product and more.

Elqano offers a personalized feed of information that lets users set tags for themselves based on the work they are doing. The system notifies users when a new document is uploaded related to their work.

Elqano is available on a per user per month subscription basis. Support is available via email.

Very intuitive and easy to use. Nice interface and quick results. I strongly recommend it!

Pros:

Gives you more time to do other activities. You don't spend huge amount of time looking for/ making documents that already exists. You don't have to depend any more on other people to do your work.

Cons:

As I use OneNote a lot, for personal notes but also for shares notes, I regret that ELQANO isn't compatible with OneNote.
