Support is very helpful and friendly. Tbh, I had a few problems setting up the page, but with the supports help, I think it's looking pretty good now.

For the overall experience, the first word that comes up is "familiar". I kind of feel "at home" with all the "non-tangibles". How [sensitive content hidden] & his team communicate; how I can use the dashboard intuitively; how it improves continuously. Hard to put into words, but it just "feels right" to be here & use this tool not only as an addition to my website, but as my actual website.
