The channel manager solution for the non-hotel sector, which allows teams to publish and keep your offer constantly updated in the various online classifieds and booking portals in a simple and immediate way. E' un software con channel manager completo, il nostro referente Alessandro è davvero molto competente e sempre disponibile.E' una azienda seria ed affidabile.

Cons:

A mio avviso andrebbe migliorata la parte dei pagamenti verso i proprietari, dando la possibilità di inserire i consumi a parte e non applicare la cedolare secca su di essi.Inoltre non è possibile al momento raggruppare più case sotto lo stesso proprietario per inviare a quest'ultimo un report delle prenotazioni ricevute per tutti i suoi immobili.Magellano dovrebbe assumersi la responsabilità/costi della mancata sincronizzazione delle cancellazioni e/o prenotazioni da parte dei vari portali. Questo servizio dovrebbe essere garantito. Mentre invece è capitato quest'estate di ricevere una mail da parte di Magellano riguardo una cancellazione da parte di booking. Tale mail da noi non è stata letta (in quanto ne arrivano di frequente non importanti ed automatiche come questa per questo è stata cestinata). IL portale però non ha aggiornato la cancellazione e dunque abbiamo dovuto noi rimborsare il proprietario.

Tutto ciò che ho segnalato all'assistenza come, a mio avviso, da migliorare, me lo sono poi ritrovato negli aggiornamenti successivi, automatici, gratuitamente.

Semplicissimo da usare e, soprattutto, con una assistenza eccellente.Software interamente sviluppato ed assistito in Italia; caratteristica che da un grande valore aggiunto.

Cons:

Pur non essendo perfetto su aspetti di secondaria importanza risulta perfettamente funzionante sulle cose davvero necessarie.

Il prodotto è di facile utilizzo e ben integrato con le piattaforme con cui siamo solite collaborareassistenza sempre disponibile e cordiale. Magellano, un nome storico, sinonimo di esperienza e qualità.

Cons:

alcuni aspetti potrebbero essere migliorati come ad esempio le statistiche/per data mettendo a confronto il fatturato di vari anni alla stessa data. la possibilità di stampare le varie sezioni degli alloggi e gruppi alloggi da utilizzare come questionario volto ai nuovi proprietari. alcuni flag utili, altri un pò meno, altri da implementare. la richiesta di continui controlli affinchè le informazioni transitate sulle ota siano sempre aggiornate e corrette
