About Activ Absence

Activ Absence is a cloud-based absence management solution that helps businesses of any size track absences and plan holidays in order to ensure labor availability and efficiency. The platform is part of the Activ People HR system.

Activ Absence is powered by an employee self-service portal that allows managers to take a less labor-intensive role in managing attendance and absence. The platform automatically monitors absence patterns and delivers reports to give managers insight into resource availability and help accommodate leave.

Users can access Activ Absence from any device with a web browser. The platform also integrates with any existing HR and payroll systems that a business runs. Activ Absence’s analytics module can offer reports with a wide range of granularity.

Activ Absence can be purchased on a per user per month basis. Support is available both by telephone or by email.

Great product, great service, highly recommended!

Activ Absence has saved us time and money and is much better than our old spreadsheet which used to be the bane of my life! Staff can access via their own portal, and we no longer have any annual leave clashes or skills shortages. We no longer need agency staff when all the forklift truck drivers are off, (as we have set crteria that prevents them all being off at the same time). This in itself more than pays for the software, but we have noticed a 23% reduction in staff absence and I now have time to manage staff instead of dealing with annual leave queries
