About APERIO

Aperio is a cloud-based human resource management system (HRMS) and performance management system that helps companies to manage their human capital. It allows businesses to manage employee data and complete online performance reviews. The report writer allows users to analyze data to make strategic decisions.

Aperio offers dashboards and email alerts that keep users informed in real-time. Reports can be scheduled and automatically delivered via emails in formats including HTML, PDF, CSV, Excel and RTF. The performance management feature helps managers in 360 degree reviews, multiple manager reviews and allows them to create customized review processes. The performance review module is also supported with reminders and notifications to ensure employee reviews are finished in a timely manner.

Aperio offers workflow management feature that helps HR personnel to create and automate leave process, on-boarding process and termination process. Other features include absence management, people management and view of historical data.

Aperio provides customer support via email, phone and through an online form.

Aperio is a helpful instrument

Pros:

The capacity and fast scanning availability. Manual and and automatic functions, easy traceability during working.

Cons:

Often happen complication in case of full capacity using. The fresh done slide using is not allowed (we must waiting for totally drying of mountain medium). Sometimes the automatic system cannot recognize the real tissue therefore we need to add many focus point.
