About Appreiz

Appreiz is a web-based performance management software designed to help businesses reward and recognize staff members to facilitate employee engagement. Key features include peer appraisals, custom rating scales, weighted performance measures, individual development plans, goal setting and benchmarking.

Managers using Appreiz can set individual and team goals and track progress towards achieving them. The platform enables employees to receive peer recognition and on the spot awards and recognition based on skills, values and competencies. Additionally, the HR Analytics Tool allows managers to gain insights into talent promotion, learning and development and talent identification via a dashboard.

Appreiz offers an Employee Happy Meter, which helps HR professionals to measure happiness quotient across the organization. The platform facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Slack, SAP Success Factors, Confluence and JIRA.

Appreiz is available on an annual subscription basis and support is extended via live chat, email, phone and online inquiry form.

Meanigful recognition, External recognition, Possibility to gamify, Multi-language Support & most importantly the super support from the Appreiz Team!

Pros:

Being free to choose when and where I serve has allowed me to form fruitful mentorship relationships with people from different nationalities who lack the financial means to hire a mentor. They can benefit from my knowledge and expertise as a business owner, consultant, and trainer, and I can help them simultaneously.

Cons:

It would be nice if I could reduce the number of emails sent to me, although I'm sure the developer has already considered that possibility, and it's simply a matter of tweaking some settings. We haven't had any issues with the user interface, and I'm sure you will, too, after you get all the swing of the product.
