About Bayan

Bayan helps in performing appraisals based on weighted core competencies that suit various business types. Companies may also appraise employees using specific core competency indicators with an evaluation scale.

They can also streamline staff training by defining course calendars, training subjects, and needs on all organizational levels, occupations, and individual levels. The software helps entities calculate gross and net pay, deductions, and employee/employer contributions on an effective pay-period basis.

The reporting, reconciliation, and record retention function provides staff members and managers with self-service capabilities to obtain information on their needs. Bayan offers employees access to personal data and lets business administrators view their organizational non-personal data. It also captures time attendance data in days, hours, and minutes. The web-based system enables users to host it on local web servers, private clouds, or public clouds.

    System is easy to use, friendly vocabulary is used so even a non skilled employee will be able to work on it.. System availability is very high we rarely had major issues.. Integration with our business is on the go.. (Bayan w/Workday)

    Nothing from an Admin point of view, we always search for systems that make our IT life easy.. and this was done by Bayan

    The software is effective one in terms of handling staff related issues that you can manage everything for your employee from one place ,their attendance , official documents, vacation , payrolls and many other features that facilitate the process for both the management and employee and help increase productivity and in the same time record the performance for subordinates.
