CertiPay Online is a cloud-based payroll solution, which helps small businesses streamline processes related to employee self-service, onboarding, reporting and more. Administrators can receive email notifications about staff members' paid time off (PTO) requests and configure pay schedules to process payroll automatically according to requirements.

Employees can receive payments via direct deposits, paper checks or pay cards and view electronic paystubs on a unified platform. Using CertiPay Online, managers can create add or update compensation information across staff members' profiles, access tax documents and edit existing payroll schedules. Additionally, supervisors can gain visibility into employee demographics, employment details, deductions, active loans and other metrics using reports.

CertiPay Online secures processes using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates. The product is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base, phone and other online measures.

The Application Looks Bare Bones but its Far From It!

Reporting. I can't stress enough how important it is to have the ability to run reports when you are running payroll and this system has every report that you could possibly want.

Pros:

The reporting functionality was amazing. You could get a report for basically anything that you process through the system. The best part is, their developers can quickly create a report foir you if you are having trouble with the personalized reporting.

Cons:

Navigating the system is a bit of a process. This application could definitely be better streamlined.
