Cezanne HR 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Good. Been using it for 3 years and would say initially it isn't very user friendly however once you spend some time with it its a good bit of kit.

CezanneHR has helped to reduce the HR admin work significantly. There are so many helpful processed and features, such as onboarding checklists, sending reminders in document tracking, performance review forms and many more. Once you get used to the system our processes are better streamlined. The implementation specialists are amazing! [sensitive content hidden] always ensures she fully understands how we as a company have used Cezanne to work for us and she always thinks of everything.

Implementation was relatively smooth, although there were some gremlins that appeared once the implementation process had finished, and some of our processes needed completely overhauled to work with the new system. However once we did this, and everyone got a better understanding of how to use the system to our advantage it does work well

We have had Cezanne since 2018. We have teams in UK, Lithuania, Netherlands and Scandinavia and all our employees are within Cezanne. This makes it easy for us to have the information at our finger tips. We have grown considerably since implementing Cezanne and it has grown with us. The development of the system is continuous and the support team are very supportive of our needs and will work with us to find the best solution.

I enjoy Cezanne overall, and really appreciate the support of our implementation team, [sensitive content hidden] - that's a big part of the experience for me. There are definitely things that could be improved, based on experience of using other HRIS over time, but hopefully this feedback can continue to be worked on over time. I think we are yet to feel the full benefit of it, as we are still building and optimising, but would like to think in 12 months, this would be significant.

My overall experience has been great. The account manager is good, and the team in general are really nice.

We have had an amazing team of professionals working with us right from sourcing this product through to our launches for both HR and then Payroll and beyond. They have always been responsive to queries, extremely supportive in the training ready for implementation and their aftercare support. They have all gone above and beyond in equipping us with the knowledge, information and also confidence enabling a smooth and seamless transition from one provider to another. The positive feedback from our employees speaks volumes and supports how user friendly Cezanne is. This change has been easily embraced and welcomed by our Company due to the product itself but also the people at Cezanne who have worked with us to support this.
