    my experience with Dayforce HCM has been mixed but generally positive. However, the system can feel complex and requires significant time to learn and implement effectively. Reporting and navigation are not always intuitive, which can slow down users.     Together our company and Dayforce's updates has allowed us to expand and keep everything in on place, from payroll to learning platforms and performance reviews
    Cons:
    The errors, I will get unexplained errors while loading scheduling or timeclock pages. Most times this is a struggle, because we are all busy and only have so much time to do something.

    It was a sufficient software to set up and establish within company initially however it didn’t offer the support we needed as we grew. Great beginner, small company software

    It was a very basic software for payroll and attendance. As we grew and became more compliant with certifications and industry standards, it wasn’t able to keep up. We needed a software that provided full automation through recruiting, training, performance reviews, goal setting and more

    Very Poor User Experience and Frustrating Glitches

    Very, very poor user experience. Hire a skilled UX Engineer and resolve the issues.. you'll have an excellent product after that.

    Simple interface. Clear prev/next/cancel actions. Overall interface is clean and well organized. That is where the PROS end.
    Cons:
    Using the Dayforce HCM is highly unintuitive. It is, without a doubt, the worst HCM I have used, ever. 1) It does not import and ATS optimized resume correctly 2) It places work experience content in incorrect fields (company in role fields, etc.) 3) It adds spaces to Role Titles and arbitrarily adds/removes formatting from descriptions. 4) The worst User Experience aspect is the form error handling. I input a role that the resume import omitted. Data was accurate and entered correctly but the form would not submit. A single 'There's an error on your form' toast notification displayed. No other feedback. No field highlighted as the error. Nothing. Checked the data, all accurate, hit submit.. error. over and over. Having to remove a role from your experience just to get the form to submit is highly counterproductive. 5) On a laptop, scrolling to the bottom to read the disclosures or makes selections is a fun process because it will scroll you back to the top, for no known reason. 6) It also requires input of a country, which I understand, but for EVERY employer. Which is a poor Customer Experience - default to the applicants local or ask to populate the country across other roles, at the very least. There are basic, fundamental User Experience patterns that should be baked into any decent paid application.

    Once you get through the install and quick set up the program itself is great! So many options on this platform really make it an all in one HR space.

    It includes options for training requirements, reminders, self service clocking in and out. I loved being able to communicate with management all in one place as well!
    Cons:
    The download process and install was a bit tedious. Once you go through that it was smooth sailing for the rest.

    UI is simple and user friendly. Able to see vacation, time off, pending request and apprved and their balance. Ability to schedule time off is big plus

    compatability with other softwares. Have to a lot of manual work through excels and stuff just to transfer data into it

    Production lags heavily, and causes impacts our payroll processing pace of completing payroll. We have to slow down to a slow pace as the system is very slow most of the time.

    System is very intuitive. amazing product if it is configured correcting and staff is trained fully to use the system
    Cons:
    Tax customer service is the absolute worst. they would take money/ach our account without prior approval on multiple occasions. Which breaks our contractual agreement. DF has processes such as sending and ATD to be signed prior to debiting the account however this wasn't followed multiple times. also PII info was a concern. I received and email from DF saying your email config was updated. They had added email to our account of humans that never have worked here. they crossed wires between client and added emails to our email config from some company we have no affiliation with.

    Overall, Dayforce HCM has been an outstanding business decision due to immense efficiencies, improvements to employee/candidate experience and streamline payroll. As for All in Ones, Dayforce is and will be the top of lists if I ever am in the position of commissioning a new system.
